Support cases, investigation stage, customer updates and resolutions. These are clearly labelled as support records, never as blockchain facts.
A confirmed transaction does not by itself prove that an exchange credited your account. That requires confirmation from the receiving provider.
Supported networks: Arbitrum One, Base, Bitcoin, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, OP Mainnet, Polygon PoS, Tron. Only transactions registered by our team can be tracked; submitting a hash here does not register it.
